This series of workshops will help you creatively explore, express, and record your experiences of mothering. We will focus on valuing our caring work and diverse identities as mothers and aim to visually represent our daily lives. I will create a safe creative space for all and together we can have fun making art and learning from each other. We will be working predominantely with drawng media including pencil, graphite, ink, watercolour, gouache, collage and mono-printing.

The workshops are suitable for all whether a beginner or a person with more experience. There will be space to share our work, to listen to and support each other’s creativity. I will provide you with a sketchbook, paper, materials, equipment, and expertise, all that you will need to do is to come along with an open heart and mind, and a desire to make art work about your mothering journey.

I look forward to meeting you and inspiring, faciliatating and motivivating your art making.
